EDIT 8-1-23Printer keeps getting better. print was smooth as glass. I am amazed how a bed slinger can go at this speed and still get quality prints. Lets hope it continues this way. As i stated before the printer is awesome ,community is awesome and helpful. Hopefully soon they will make changes to make this more user friendly

The printer is great! The quality for how fast it prints is impressive.Customer service is what really drove me to write this review though.The printer stopped extruding for me after a couple weeks and Jeff, from customer service, worked with me through every step (very patiently) to help me resolve the issue. They covered the cost of all replacement parts and shipping. Some of the best customer service I have ever encountered.I expected some errors with a printer new on the market but they made dealing with it as easy as it could be. All you need is a little patience.My personal suggestions for improvement:1. Being able to slice STLs on the app with limited options for easier mobile printing.2. Updated instructions for disassembly and reassembly of certain parts. (The instructions sent to me showed different parts than what was installed on my printer)3. Being able to upload files directly to the “local” file on the printer for frequently printed files.

As a DIY lover, I've enjoyed using the X5SA PRO. Its sturdy build and precise parts give me confidence. Setup was simple, and I started printing quickly.  Print quality is superb, capturing details with precision. The large build volume lets me print larger objects. The heated bed minimizes warping.  Connectivity options like Wi-Fi and USB are convenient. But, it's noisy during printing, and the software learning curve is steep.  Overall, the X5SA PRO is an excellent printer for hobbyists and professionals. I highly recommend it.
