Since purchasing the VEHO 1000-16 3D printer, my 3D printing experience has been greatly enhanced. The large size of the printer (1000mm x 1000mm x 1600mm) not only impressed me, but also provided me with a wider printing space, allowing me to easily cope with the printing needs of various large projects. The large fixed feet and three tie rods on the outer frame provide additional stability for the printer. My first big build has finished (8 days of printing). I used the custom 0.6mm nozzle profile downloaded from the Tronxy3Dprinter site and imported it into Cura 5.7.0 after following the instructions in the manual to configure the slicer software. It uses a 0.3mm layer height. There are also 4 default profiles generated by the setup: Normal, Fast, Rough and Rough/Fast. A 0.3mm layer matches the "rough" profile. Are there any issues (apart from slower speed) with using the "normal" 0.2mm profile as that should give a much smoother finish with less post-printing sanding. I tried a small test cube, loving this 1000-16.

The printer is great! The quality for how fast it prints is impressive.Customer service is what really drove me to write this review though.The printer stopped extruding for me after a couple weeks and Jeff, from customer service, worked with me through every step (very patiently) to help me resolve the issue. They covered the cost of all replacement parts and shipping. Some of the best customer service I have ever encountered.I expected some errors with a printer new on the market but they made dealing with it as easy as it could be. All you need is a little patience.My personal suggestions for improvement:1. Being able to slice STLs on the app with limited options for easier mobile printing.2. Updated instructions for disassembly and reassembly of certain parts. (The instructions sent to me showed different parts than what was installed on my printer)3. Being able to upload files directly to the “local” file on the printer for frequently printed files.
